Order
On the page "ORDER" from the website it is possible to purchase the products by filling in a small form.
After confirming the order, we receive all the data and within 24 hours we will respond with the summary and total amount of the order so that you can proceed with the payment in an easy, fast and secure way.
Methods of Payment
In order for you to make the payment in a secure way, we have four methods:
Paypal, MBWay, Multibanco Reference and Bank Transfer.
Payment details are sent in response to your order.
Shipping of Products
The products are packaged in a personalized box and are delivered by a carrier selected by the studio.
Warranty
All our products have a 1 year warranty.
After this time, we maintain the assistance commitment.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the products, returns are accepted up to 14 working days after receiving them, in which case HUGI.R does not assume the return costs.
If the packaging is damaged, you must inform us so that we can activate the transport insurance, in which case HUGI.R covers all return costs. In both cases, orders must be delivered in original condition and in the original box.
Privacy Policy
HUGI.R is solely responsible for managing the website, so we are committed to ensuring the privacy of the data collected.
We only collect the data transmitted to us by completing the order form, so this data is not saved or used for campaign or other actions.
However, it is not possible for the HUGI.R studio to eliminate all risks related to data security.
