1.1. This website is intended to provide information about our design products and to facilitate online purchases.

2.1. All content on the website, including text, images, graphics and logos, is the exclusive property of hugir – design studio, managed by Hugo Ribeiro.

3. Purchases and Payments
3.1. When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise the debit of the amount corresponding to your purchase.
3.2. You must not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified. If you do so, we cannot be held liable for the loss of the payment or for any other damages that may arise.
4. Delivery Costs
4.1. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.
4.2. Outside Europe, all orders will incur a delivery charge and may be subject to customs duties, depending on the country of delivery.
5. Deliveries
5.1. We undertake to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
5.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location. Delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process.
5.3. We will provide tracking information so that you can track the progress of your order, where applicable.
5.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address during the checkout process.
5.5. We accept no liability for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5.6. We accept no liability for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
5.7. If an order is returned due to a delivery failure (e.g. incorrect address or recipient’s absence), we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. An additional fee may apply to cover the delivery costs.

8. Cancellations and Returns
8.1. The customer has the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
8.2. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
8.3. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product.
8.4. The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the reason for the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part.
8.5. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all original labels and packaging.
8.6. We will not accept returns of products damaged by the customer or showing obvious signs of use.
8.7. To initiate the returns process, please contact us for detailed instructions on how to proceed.
8.8. We recommend that returns are sent via a trackable delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
8.9. Once we have received the return, we will inspect the product. If it complies with the return conditions, we will process the refund.
8.10. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of the return being approved.
8.11. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
9. Warranty
9.1. We offer a limited warranty in accordance with the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
9.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.
